Buttermilk shake

This is really a simple recipe which my mom used to do on hot summer days

Ingredients:
Curd-1 cup
cold water-as needed
fresh curry leaves
dry chilli
mustard seed
small onion-1
ginger
coriander leaves
lemon
salt

Method:
  • Mix curd and water with that add some salt
  • Mix well in blunder
  • Crush the ginger and onion and add to it
  • squeeze lemon into it and add coriander leaves
  • Heat the pan,add oil
  • Add mustard seeds,after it crackle add dry chilli and curry leaves
  • Add this into the curd mixture
  • mix well everything and shake it
