Ingredients:
Curd-1 cup
cold water-as needed
fresh curry leaves
dry chilli
mustard seed
small onion-1
ginger
coriander leaves
lemon
coriander leaves
lemon
salt
Method:
- Mix curd and water with that add some salt
- Mix well in blunder
- Crush the ginger and onion and add to it
- squeeze lemon into it and add coriander leaves
- Heat the pan,add oil
- Add mustard seeds,after it crackle add dry chilli and curry leaves
- Add this into the curd mixture
- mix well everything and shake it
