Gulab Jamun



Round gulab jamun was a question mark(?) when i started my preparation.
But when it came to an conclusion i saw this wonderful gulab jamun
floating in a sweet sugar syrup
let me explain the detail...


Ingredients:
  • gulab jamun mix(whatever you prefer)
  • milk
  • sugar
  • water
  • cardamom 
Preparing dough:
  1. For 1 cup measure of  mix add 1/4 measure of milk
  2. Make the dough so soft
  3. Leave it aside for five minute
Syrup:
  • Equal measure of sugar and water should be boiled
  • Add cardamom powder and rose water to it

Method:
  • Make small rounds from the dough
  • fry it in the oil and put it in the syrup
