Gulab Jamun
Round gulab jamun was a question mark(?) when i started my preparation.
But when it came to an conclusion i saw this wonderful gulab jamun
floating in a sweet sugar syrup
let me explain the detail...
Ingredients:
- gulab jamun mix(whatever you prefer)
- milk
- sugar
- water
- cardamom
Preparing dough:
- For 1 cup measure of mix add 1/4 measure of milk
- Make the dough so soft
- Leave it aside for five minute
Syrup:
- Equal measure of sugar and water should be boiled
- Add cardamom powder and rose water to it
Method:
- Make small rounds from the dough
- fry it in the oil and put it in the syrup
