Ingredients:
- mushroom
- oil
- mustard
- cinnamon stick-1
- clove-4
- star anise-1
- bay leave
- cardamom-2
- ginger garlic paste-1 1/2tbs
- green chilli-2
- onion-1
- tomato-3
- turmeric powder-1/4tbs
- chilli powder-1/2tbs
- coriander powder-1tbs
- garam masala-1/4tbs
- fennel powder-pinch
- cumin powder-pinch
- sugar-1/4tbs
- coconut grated-2tbs
- curry leaves and coriander leaves
Method:
- heat the oil in a pan
- add mustard seeds and let them crack
- Add cinnamon ,clove,star anise,bay leaves,cardamom
- Add onion and fry till it turns brown
- Add ginger and garlic paste,green chilli
- when the smell goes add tomato and cook till it mashes
- Then add all masala with mushroom
- sautee it for five minutes
- Add water and cover it till mushroom get cooked
- Add sugar and coconut before 2 minutes
- garnish it with coriander leaves
