Tilapia-My style

                    
 I used to think long day "what to prepare for dinner?"
suddenly strike with an idea 
tonight its going to be tilapia with onion and some tomato
its easy recipe      
          
Ingredients:
  • ginger garlic paste-1tbs
  • chilli powder-1 1/2tbs
  • salt 
  • turmeric powder-1/4tbs
  • lemon -1
  • fish masala or chicken masala
  • red chilli flakes
  • pepper powder
  • parmesan cheese (grated)
  • tilapia fish(skin removed and frozen)or what ever you wish
  • onion
  • tomato                      
      
 Quick dinner:
  1. Make some paste using chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,fish masala,salt
  2. Apply this paste on the fish on both sides
  3. Keep it aside for half an hour
  4. Heat the skillet and add 2 spoon oil
  5. Put the fish in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes
  6. Add red chilli flakes,parmesan cheese and pepper powder on the top side
  7. Later flip the fish and cook for 2 minutes
  8. Add chilli flakes,parmesan cheese and pepper powder on other side of the fish
note:
 Toss some sliced onion and tomato in the skillet.serve this with some corn and tossed bread
