I used to think long day "what to prepare for dinner?"
suddenly strike with an idea
tonight its going to be tilapia with onion and some tomato
its easy recipe
Ingredients:
- ginger garlic paste-1tbs
- chilli powder-1 1/2tbs
- salt
- turmeric powder-1/4tbs
- lemon -1
- fish masala or chicken masala
- red chilli flakes
- pepper powder
- parmesan cheese (grated)
- tilapia fish(skin removed and frozen)or what ever you wish
- onion
- tomato
Quick dinner:
- Make some paste using chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,fish masala,salt
- Apply this paste on the fish on both sides
- Keep it aside for half an hour
- Heat the skillet and add 2 spoon oil
- Put the fish in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add red chilli flakes,parmesan cheese and pepper powder on the top side
- Later flip the fish and cook for 2 minutes
- Add chilli flakes,parmesan cheese and pepper powder on other side of the fish
note:
Toss some sliced onion and tomato in the skillet.serve this with some corn and tossed bread
